How Do I Remove A Fob / User From A Galaxy Alarm

Hi guys, I have a galaxy g48 alarm and I want to remove a user and fob

I have gone to level 42, selected the user and changed their pin to 0000 which says remove, I then went to their fob and changed that to 0000000000000 and pressed enter and removed the max function

I then create a new user and try to use the same fob and its not reading it, meaning the card is still in the system.


How do I completely remove that user and card?

Instead of adding '0000's, use the 'B<' key to delete the number and then press 'ent'.
