How do I replace an oven element in neff GB-1038.11 HCFG?

Please how do I replace an oven element in an old neff circotherm fan oven GB-1038.11 HCFG. It keeps tripping my fuses, so think this is the problem
I haven't got a clue what elment I need or how to do it - I've managed to unscrew the back of the oven and all I can see is insulation material.

I think the following might be the model number if anyone recognises it

Dont recognise the model, is it a fan oven?

If so you can access the element from inside the cavity by removing the back plate inside the cavity.
