I think I know what you mean now. The spring loaded hose clips that secure the ends of the internal hoses in the washing machine? If I were doing the job I would not disconnect these but would unscrew the pump from the base of the machine, place a container under it to catch the water, then unscrew the motor section from the pump cover. These might be torx screws but you can often tackle them with a small flat blade screwdriver. If the machine is still full of water you will first need to drain it by placing the outlet hose into a bucket at floor level.
