Tried to read the only manual I could find which was for installation and couldn't make sense of it at all,no tutorial videos for the compact 29 either.
How do I top up pressure on the Vokera compact 29?

Also, what do the symbols on the side plastic monitor thing mean? (this is placed on a separate wall side) power fire & warning??
Thanks for any help!

You will have a filling loop somewhere connected to the cold mains and then the CH pipework

Look for something like this.

Hard to see the pic but it looks like an older receiver for a wireless programmable thermostat.

left to right - power on > system calling for heat > wireless pairing or connection fault

You are correct there are these two black knobs below, are they used for topping up the pressure,if so, how? Thanks for the info about the receiver,I was a bit worried about it being serious, that's a relief!

When both black taps are in line with the pipe, the system should fill. Turn the left one in line and then slowly open the right one and you should hear it start to fill. Once the gauge reads around 1.2bar, you're sorted. Turn them both back to being at right angles to the valve.

Thanks a million!! it worked, I got up to 1.2 bar. The left knob caused a little bit of a trickling of water onto the ground but otherwise it didn't change the bar too quickly so I was able to get exactly 1.2 and the trickling stopped when tap was closed.
