How do you use this type of isolation valve?

Hi All

I am used to the standard isolation valve that turns with flat head screw driver. Under my bathroom sink I have these odd valves that don't seem to turn with flat head. They have a small hole in them and no matter what I do I cant seem to turn them. Are they a different type?

Any help appreciated, see attached photo.

Get a good fitting screwdriver, it will turn 90 degrees.

Or use an Allen key, the hole in the middle will accept the right size Allen key.

Turned out I was using a very thin screw driver. Nice fat one did the trick
