How long for putting Bitumen Sheets on Garage

A friend needs to replace bitumen sheets on a row of garage. The rafter length is 3.8m so 2 sheets with overlapping need to replace 36 sheets on each site.

1. Can someone qualify how long it would take to remove and put new sheets.

Methinks a lot would depend on access. How tall is the garage? Is there space around it for steps/ladders? Will work platforms be used? How many work-people and how fit are they?

it's in a private yard so no issues with any hinderance and easy reach with a ladder. 2 people

Depends on the skills / experience of the guys, the tools and site access equipment they have.

You’ve got:
Remove existing and put in skip
Fix new sheets up
Fix end trims, ridge covers, flashing etc
Fit gutters

....and what tools they have to hand. We make good use of the angle grinder when rusted threads are reluctant to release their nuts (ooer).

I cant see DIYers doing 72 sheets in 2 days

I thought of installing a lift for anyone that want's to do this.

It just a garage roof for god's sake you have a builder/roofer up the ladder and mate passing the sheet when needed.

Three, one on the ground, passing the panels up, two on the roof fixing.
