i appreciate it is a bit of a how long is a piece of string question, however i am interested in getting a 5x4 single storey extention built on to the back of the house, 2 solid brick walls for the sides and a low window ledge and a lot of glass on the 3rd side looking into the garden, for the roof i would prefer glass panels depending on how much more they cost than roof tiles, any ball park figures going about?
