Hello guys. I am looking for advice how much it would cost to build this 30 square meters outbuilding in garden (will be used as storage/hobby place).

I'm looking for guide price just for these things:
Footings, blockwork, and concrete floors.

Main things:
Internal area: 30 square meters
Blockwork: 2 skin, 4" concrete blocks both skins, 100mm cavity, 75mm celotex, 2.2m height
Floors: 100mm celotex, 150mm height concrete

Building shape: rectangle, approx 4.5m wide, 7m length, 2.2m height, just one 1m wide opening for doors.

Please give me idea how much it would roughly cost? Thank you!

I can't see a drawing?
Nor do I know what the access is like?
Nor do I know where you live?
Or the type of roof you want?
Or the ground conditions?
Or whether I can get a digger around the back?
Or where any services are?

A location would also be helpful -there is a big difference in costs around the country -generally London and home counties being the dearest.

I don't need super accurate quote for this. I'd like to find out just roughly how much it could cost.

1. There's no drawing for this. It's just single store rectangular two skin blockwork, 2.2m height.
2. There's 2m clear side entrance for digger.
3. Nothing else is required except footings, blockwork, inside concrete floor as mentioned before.
4. Don't worry about services, building will have electricity only. So I think it's not affecting this case.
5. Right now it's just plain garden with grass.

P.s. location Bedford

Thanks

No (storm/foul) drains?

When I said services, it was more of a worry if anything was beneath the building footprint.

Let's say no at the moment. These things would be discussed while working out accurate quote. So at that moment all service locations will be taken to account. Right now just interested in guide price. Thanks

£12'500.

I'll do it for 50 face masks, 20 pairs of gloves and 5 litres of hand sanitiser. But I only work until 4 on Sundays, that's non-negotiable.

I'm not going to estimate yours, but here's my actual costs so far on current project which is similar building 9x3.3 (garage/workshop) and currently up to wall plate. Doing everything myself (so no labour)

Raft pad/foundation ~8 cubes of concrete, + sub-base materials, reinforcing, digging out etc ~£2K
Bricks, blocks (for single skin block with brick front aspect and brick corners) + sand/cement etc. £1.7K
Trusses £650
Slates and all associated roofing materials £2.2K
Cembrit plank cladding £1.4K (for over blocks)
Windows £1K
Garage Door £1.3K
There'll be a bit more - roofline, gutters, drainage to existing surface water drain etc

And before anyone comments - doesn't show gable ladders or front beam on raft...
