How much life left in this roof?

Hi all,

Just moved into a new place and inspected the roof, which looks quite tired in this section. Anyone any ideas how long this will hold out and whether it’s a case of having to replace the whole roof ?

You are living on borrowed time already. Do not delay get it refelted ..winter is coming

As said above. I would be very surprised if that isn't leaking already. Okay it may not be getting to the rooms underneath but I bet the wood underneath is wet. It's only a few lengths of felting by the looks. It shouldn't take much to sort it out before the really bad weather comes in.
