How much render to mix up?

hi guys, been practicing plaster on boards for a while now, and this weekend I want to have a go at rendering my garage.. My question is in unsure how much mix I will need..

As a completely rough estimate how much space could I render per 1 bag cement 3 bags sand (so using 3:1) and then how much plasticiser and waterproofed should I add to that mix?

Just trying to get a ball park figure with mixes every one can relate too...

I haven't taken the wall measurements but I would guess at 2.4m high x 4m wide per wall

one bag of sand does 1 and half m2 i think 3-1 is to strong 4-1 scratch followed by 5-1 , for the plasticiser or waterproofer look on the instructions on tub
