How much to build a 4mx4m breezeblock double wall office?

I'm trying to weigh up different options for making a garden office

One is to build a breezeblock building

How much would it cost to build a 4mx4m breezeblock building - double walled with a cavity gap insulation (floor + roof + walls) + all basics - like roof, windows and doors

+ Need foundation - current location is soil at the moment
+ Electrics from the house

How long is a piece of string question?

Location: Essex - I assume up North it cost a lot less for labour

I thought I'd ask anyway to see what replies I get

Why are you bothering on here then?

I'd be hot on the heels of theses uber- cheap, top quality builders like a shot and not pi$$ing about asking on a DIY site.

But the fact still remains. In order to achieve a full reg's structure that has been built by a hired firm of builders, then you are likely to be spending £1000 per sq/m.

We are not making this up.
