How much to drop and rebuild a house wall?

Out of curiosity roughly how much would you builders charge to drop the front of the extension and build it back up as per my artists impression (but with the bottom window the same width as the top one).

All materials are on site and I t doesn't need the windows.

How much and how long would it take you?

Looks like the bricks above the front door have changed in your impression too; is that part of the job?
