A long shot I know, but can anyone advise how old this Baxi combi might be, and maybe the model no? I'm unable to get access to the property for a while and this is the only pic i have. All I know is that it's a combi and was installed before 2015. I don't even know if it's a condensing combi or not, which would give a better idea of it's age.
Possibly a Baxi 105HE, which I think is a condensing model?
Thank you.

Because it was being serviced at the time the pic was taken (but not by me).
So are you saying it's not a 105HE?
If it's non condensing it must have been installed prior to April 2005, so yes, nearly 20 years old at least.

According to Google AI it was manufactured from 2010 - 2012

Thanks, that's what I thought, by the same process. So it will be condensing and up to 14 years old.
Is this generally considered a reliable boiler?

That said, the 105HE has a symmetrical combustion chamber. Perhaps the camera angle makes your's look like it isn't symmetrical.

I have no idea, sorry. I am not a plumber.

Yes, I think you are correct. Unfortunately I have only been supplied with that single pic, which isn't good quality.

Yes the 105's can be a pretty reliable boiler especially if they are kept clean, lots of service parts available.

They are getting to the end of their shelf life though so main parts will be getting to the end of their service life - Fans, pumps, etc but again that is more determined by the life it's had.

From the pic it looks like the HE with the additional heat exchanger top right of the case. They are a condensing boiler but they don't condense a lot! Overall a pretty good boiler and reliable but at the age they're getting to now, expect the need to change some parts as time goes by

it is a HE can see condense trap on right hand side as for age you can tell that by the first 4 numbers of the serial number if you manage to get in and production started well before 2010 .
As for reliability probably the best combi out there doddle to service and repair
