How to attach fridge freezer top right hinge?

Hi all
We had to reverse the fridge freezer doors on our

BEKO Frost Free Combi Fridge Freezer​

CF5834AP​

However the final top right corner hinge doesn't seem to be the right way around please see pic. It seems to only work the top left side. We can't figure out if there is a seperate part for the top right but that seems odd as absolutely all other parts are reversible so why only one part ie the top left/right part would not be reversible?
Or are we doing something wrong?
We have had it 8 years and if there is a spare part specifically for the top right we have no idea where it is.
We have read the online manual and still none the wiser.

Doesn’t the bottom left become the top right when you reverse the hinges?

Finally did it. The screw did actually come out and just put it in the other way around.
