Long story short, I have an old soak away connection in a manhole in my extension. It was not capped n the extension was done and now rats have used it to nest

The other unused openings have green plugs in them, where can I get one to cover the unwanted opening?

It seems unusual to go to that amount of trouble (forming a chamber etc when to extension was done) - are you sure that it redundant especially as there are obvious signs of water in the chamber?

Any 110mm plug will fit, but they need to be fitted from outside. There is no fitting that will seal from the inside.

How about using an expanding drain test plug? Will that fit from the inside of the chamber?

You could cement a snug fitting glass jar in it rats cannot chew through glass.
