How to connect a two wire Thermostat to a volt free thermost

Hi all,

I have an issue. I just bought a Sunvit volt free all singing all dancing thermostat. When I disconnected my old one I only discovered a red wire and a black wire. To say that I have connected every single wire to every single connector is an understatement. I can get the thing to stay on, but not to switch off.....

Help please....which wire needs to go to where....

and do you mean sunvic? sunvit make vitamins not thermostats..
