hi, i've put a few posts on here recently about mixes for rendering etc as i had to do a small amount of rendering for someone.
i've been doing platering internally for a few years so i'm fairly competant at plastering.
the wall i've just done came out really well and ive been asked by the neighbours so do some garden walls but i have no idea how much to quote.
1. a garden wall going around three sides of the garden.
20m by 1.8
3m by 1.8
2m by 1.8
both sides need rendering and then tryolean.
the internal side of the wall has 6 small piers which stick out 200mm
2. a garden wall around two sides
14m by 1.9
2m by 1.9
both sides need rendering and then tryolean.
the internal side of the wall has 5 small piers which stick out 200mm
i should be fine to do the work but i have no idea how much to cost it.
i used a calcuator that someone sent me on here which is the one i used for the materials. it costed the larger job at nearly 8grand! which i thought sounded pricey. i'm only guestimating but i thought around 3-3500 for the larger one and 2-2400 for the smaller one?!?!
