How to cut L-shaped notch from wooden blocks

I am a woodworking neophyte. I have 10x10cm blocks that I'm using as props under the feet of my bed so my Roomba can get under there (without the blocks it's about 2mm too low!)

The bed has L-shaped feet and they slide around on the blocks. All I want to do is cut an L shaped channel in the blocks that the feet fit into so they won't slide off.

What's the best/easiest way to cut this L shaped channel into the wood? It doesn't have to be particularly perfect, just good enough for the feet to sit in there and not slide out.

In case it matters, I believe the wood is Oak.

A router ? if not a circular saw/ tenant saw and a chisel to do the corner.

my thoughts are to cut the full with with each slot
not so neat but much easier and quicker
or to add material cut to size to cover the surface or say
15mm moulding around the lines

What about fixing two dowel pins into the blocks and drill two matching holes in the feet of the legs. ( admit this could require dismantling the bed to get the drill to the feet. )

Most people would just tip the bed up and screw them on.
Job done.

Cut a + instead of an L

If you're set on this method and have say a drill to hand and maybe a wide chisel, forstner (or if desperate) a spade bit to remove the bulk of the waste then square off with the chisel.
