I own a freehold property which consists of two buildings. The front building consists of a detached house which has an ajoining shop. There is a door leading from the house into the shop which can easily be blocked up, the shop has a back and a front door.
I have a potential purchaser who wishes to buy the house and the shop seperatley.
The annexe to the building is also used for business which I wish to keep. This has its own service meters
It would mean dividind the whole property into three on the land register.
There would be no change of use.
The only work required would be blocking up the door from house to shop and adding sererate meters.
Would it be possible and if so where do I begin?
