How to do I raise the door height using the hinges

How do I raise the door height using these hinges. I am using an Allen key but it dosent seem to be lifting any help.

What type of hinge is this anyway

One end of the hinge spindle works as an eccentric to pull the door in or out......it's the other end, usually the bottom one, that gives you a few millimetres of lift.
