How to drain ground floor pipes with no compressed air?

Had a leak in ground floor pipework identified and isolated under insurance. Leak guy stopped off feed and return with push fit stop caps before the rad. Now I realise I must have never drained this pipework as the drain valve is above the floor, so I figure there's probably 20 litres of water behind those push fits and I have no way to drain it?!

Any tips? When he did it he used air into one of the rads I now realise.

Was planning to reconnect pipework but don't want to flood the floor...

Pipes in screed so access not great BTW.

Don't have a wet VAC either! What about self cutting drain valve OR shut everything off to create a vacuum and swap on a compression fitting asap?
