Hi,

I have a Neff Electric Oven (B14M62N0GB) (https://www.neff-home.com/uk/supportdetail/product/B14M62N0GB/01#/Tabs=section-spareparts/)

There is a catalytic liner which sits above the top heater element in the oven which I've just noticed is hanging down. It has a single screw which is corroded including the hole into which it screws into. There are no other screw holes above the liner for it to be fasten to? The liner doesn't sit securely within the cavity without screws holding it in place otherwise it drops onto the heater element which is about the only thing holding it up.

How do I secure this liner back into the oven. Do I need to drill some new screw holes into the panel above?

Note appliance is out of warranty.

Any help appreciated.

That's what I would do , just drill a single hole close to where the old one is making sure there's nothing behind where you're drilling.
