How to fit the Simple White Semi Pedestal from Wickes

I hope this makes sense.
We bought the following items from Wickes recently:

Simple White Semi Pedistal
and
Simple White Basin

They were bought to go together.

The pedistal comes with a pack of screws with it but no instructions on fitting.
Does anyone know who this is supposed to be fitted together and to the wall.
