How to fix mixer tap?

Se video water is leaking from the rubber seal. Can anyone give ma heads up on how to approach it or replace it? Either way I'll do it myself. Thanks.

No video,just pics. To change seal ,there should be a grub screw at the back of the tap body,that you remove to then pull the spout up and off the body

As above. You probably just need a new O-ring on the spout. Do you know who makes the tap?
