Saw this on a survey yesterday

What did it look like on the inside?

Do you recon the guy who installed the flashing stood back after fiting it and though "Best job i've done that"

That was the neighbour of the one I was looking at, but the condition of the external finishing doesn't suggest that the inside was finished to a particularly high standard...!

He had to follow the cracks with the flashing cause if he had cut it in the render would of fallen off!!!!!!!!!!!!
