How to get Evo Stik Serious Stuff adhesive out of the pack..

It looked easy to use but when I got it home and read the 'instructions', there was no explanation of how to open it.
I cut the plastic top off with a knife to get to the glue (not easy), then screwed on the long black nozzle, but it wouldn't come out. The cylinder doesn't seem to be squeezable or screwable. Just turning it upside down and still it doesn't come out.
It does say that it dries white, but when looking into the cylindrical container the glue is already white around the opening with just a little transparent liquid stuff.
Any tips or advice?

Just found out the name for the container is a cartridge. Presumably a cartridge gun is needed, although I read online that there is a finger tip control cartridge. I suppose this is not what I have got.....

Get a cheap mastic gun.
