I am looking for a way to hang a Steam Map on to a wall. The handle is rounded, so it can hang on something. The mop head flattens.

The only problem is how to hang on to the wall?. I did think of using a heavy duty hook, but the hook faces the wrong way. The hook comes towards me. I need a hook which fixes in to the wall, but turns 90 degress to left or right.

I bit like a clothes hook, instead of facing me. It faces left or right.

I hope people understand my explanation?

This mop has a rounded handle :-

So the concept of fixing the hook at 90 eludes you? Or am I missing something

If you looked a hook from above, it will be "straight". What I need is a hook, where when I look from above is L-shaped.

Or possibly another option is a U-shaped bracket? (but something pretty)

Thank you "Burnerman" you gave me inspiration. I looked at double robe hooks and realised that I would use a toilet roll holder. The type, which are open on one side. Just need to find one that looks right!

This one from IKEA might just be perfect! :)

Thank you everyone!

Bonkers  simple hook or nail in the wall. Loop of string through the handle. Whole setup less than a quid ;)

Unfortunately, that won't last long. Ikea toilet roll holders struggle to hold a toilet roll for any length of time, let alone a steam mop. I think you need something sturdier.

Get yourself down to Aldi, they have a hook set that contains some that will do what you want - £3.99
