How to install curtains...advice needed please

Hi All,

We have a bay window with a door leading out to our garden. I want to install some curtains which I can get pre-made from Ikea but am unsure what track things I need. Could anyone advise please?

Your doors and windows are beautiful but there's not a lot of room above, is there You could get a curtain pole bent to shape (there are companies that can do this for you) or you can get pre-bent ones online and then you could fasten them from above?

You can get bendy curtain tracks that you just bend yourself to suit, are those windows timber? Are you looking to fit the track to the window frame?

Yes, the frames are wooden and am perfectly happy to screw tracks to the top of them.

Dunhelm are OK for curtains/tracks, personally I wouldn't buy a curtain track from Ikea. I suspect it won't be very good.
