Hello

I have just chased out the pipe work of a mixer shower which was leaking.
The copper pipe work had been cemented in I suspect the leaking was due to the corrosive properties of the cement.

I am keen to re-plumb this shower unit back into the wall, could someone please advise on the best way to do this?

Can I use plastic or use copper and protect it in some way?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

thanks

Overflow pipe as sleeving works quite well, you can use 22mm nail-in pipe clips to hold it. Or a hot-melt glue gun.

If its tight ,use denso tape, but as chris says 22mm o/flow pipe is better and easier & cleaner
