How to make room to fit a rat flap?

Hi all

Does anyone know possibly how I can fit a rat flap in here. The pipe is 6" but the chamber above only allows access of about 4". We have a 6" rat flap?

Hoping someone can help please?

What's a rat flap? I've heard of a cat flap, but they're not usually installed in manholes or the like
