adding an image (picture) to your post:
to add an image to your post you click the img buton. (the "button" is 2nd from the right at the top when you post)
then insert the WHOLE url of the image
then click the image button again
it will look like
Or you can use photo bucket

Or
www.imageshack.us
Once there, the URL including the IMG tags are already shown under the pic so can be copied/pasted without needing to highlight the uRL in a post then add the tags.
