How to reach toilet seat bolts from behind?

The bolts of the toilet seat in the apartment I'm renting got loose and I need to tighten them. However, the space behind the toilet is too small for me to fully reach the bolts with my hand (I am about 10cm short of reaching the bolts). I tried to use wrench but can't see anything that's happening behind the toilet. Are there any special tools for these kinds of situations? Or do you have any tips on how I can reach those bolts and tighten them?

I have a tip, the one I always give in this situation:

Call the landlord!
