Our neighbour has a condenser boiler hanging on the joinin wall and we can hear it run, it's as if it vibrates down e joining wall, we hear it knocking on and off the pipes expanding and just constant whirring noise, we have insulated our loft, put sound proofing plaster boards in our loft, is there anything else we could do as we can't go to bed till there boiler has gone off.
