How to remove an End Cap?!

Afternoon,
Can someone please tell me how to remove a 15mm end cap?! When I put it on I noticed that it had a grab ring, popped it on as a temp measure, and am now struggling to get it off and don't want to cut the pipe.

If its a cupro-fit copper type push-fit you'll need the plastic removal tool. If Speedfit release water pressure and pinch underside upwards to release grab ring.
