I want to remove the glass screen in the bathroom.
Tbh it's not wide enough so I have to have a curtain anyway, so I'd like to remove it.

But I'm not sure how to remove the glass. Any suggestions appreciated

I'm happy to leave the metal part attached to the wall so I can reattach in a couple of years when I sell the flat.
Cheers

Stand on something other than the side of the bath and have a look at the top of this thing:

Likely you'll find a screw that when removed allows you to remove it and then there is nothing securing the top of the screen, so it lifts off the bottom hinge

For example, here's a pic of mine:

Sorry, not trying to be argumentative, but your photo also shows the cover cap for one of the screws that attaches the shower screen to the wall mounted U-channel.
In your case, undoing those would allow you to remove the screen.

It appears to be a Merlyn screen, I can't quite match the exact model, but instructions are available here:

May be an MB10?

I know; I fitted it (and wasn't looking to remove it)

The OP doesn't appear to have a two part U channel like mine; my pic was specifically just to highlight the notion that "the cap thing you see at the top of the channel can likely be removed with a screw etc" (and maybe a bit of wiggling)

By the way OP, I recommend you consider refitting the bracket and screw to the wall channel after you have removed the screen; this way they won't be lost when you come to look for them in 5 years' time :) - the screen itself will hopefully be harder to lose :)
