How to remove roof tile when cemented in?

How would you remove the bottom coarse of tiles when the tiles above are cemented into the ridge and won't budge?

Are the second row tiles nailed in? Have you tried sliding them up towards the ridge?

They are not nailed in.

Use the grinder to remove the bottom tile, the cemented top one or both?

Do you have to do any making good after? E.g. with mortar

The lower tiles my be clipped and nailed .. push harder
