How to remove this external drain grill?

I have a blocked external drain, but can’t work out how to remove the drain grill. It seems to be built in to the rest of the cover. I am hoping that one of you will have come across a similar model and will know. Please see below:

The circular centre will lift out so you may just need something that can hook under the ribs and preferably twist it as you lift it.

I don't recognise it, but it should pry up. I don't see any retaining screws.

The broken, patched and sunken concrete surround suggests that the old drain in the ground is cracked or broken.
