How to replace shower head?

Hello all

My shower head has developed little holes in it, just next to where the water comes out. So I want to know what would be a suitable shower head replacement? If anyone has any links that would be great, I was looking at this, do you think this would work?

What sort of shower is it? If it's an electric one, you need to match the original head or it might not work properly
