how to scribe bath panel??

I have an acrylic p-shaped panel which I need to fit, but the floor is uneven and it needs to be cut more than I thought.

What's the best way of scribing the panel to fit the side of the bath? It fits perfect in one corner but is about 3mm too wide everywhere else. I understand the idea of scribing but am not sure about how to apply it here.
