How to Seal a Cellar Roof

Celler is built under the back steps and uses the Paving Slabs of the steps as a roof. The water in coming in the joints between the slabs. Any suggestion on how to seal this. Note the Slabs/Steps see traffice up and down to the back door.

Fire wood , stuff in celler & Celler is getting badly water damaged.

You could take up the slabs, put some DPC sheeting down, lay the slabs back on, bedding them and pointing as necessary.
