How to send to list of email addrs avoiding spam filter?

That's it really, it's for a society.
It must be possible to write a script/program to send them all individually? What in, though?
A few hundred in total. Could be split into groups - any magic numbers which trigger spam filters?

The phishing emails manage it somehow.

I have a programe called group mail, wasnt cheap.
But I think there is a free version that sends only a few at a time.

You can do it with a mail merge in MS Word.
