How to set Halstead Quattro Timer

Hey,

Its slightly silly but i've never used a timer on a boiler before. Now that i have to use it i cant work out what to do.

Please if anyone knows how to work this Halstead Quattro Timer let me know cuz i'm burning gas like mad. All i want to do is to set the timer so that the boiler starts at 1600 and stops at 0600.

thanks...i'll give them a ring tomorrow. But if you could, can you please tell me how does it work cuz i see there's that arrow and there are two circles of time digits. But the difference between one arrow and another is always 24 hours. it always 1800 to 1800, 1400-1400..
