The outside tap is leaking. I've tried to undo it but no luck. Also the one I've bought to replace it isn't a match. I've taken a picture of both taps. Any ideas?
Yes, looks like the new tap is correct - the old tap with split from the wall plate at the arrow - you may need a couple of pairs of grips - one to hold the fitting, the other to hold and twist the tap. It will go.
Don't forget some type of sealing tape/cord washer etc for the new one.

Yes - adjustables on the flats will do - shouldn't need WD tho - it's brass on brass so unless you are in a hard water area then you may be up against some scale
