push in & hold the square button with the flame on it.
under the boiler on the right hand side is the ignition.push this or twist it (depending which sort it is) to produce the spark. you will no doubt have to do this repeatedly until the pilot catches.
once alight keep holding the square button in for perhaps 20 sec. then gently release it. the pilot should stay alight.
you may have to repeat this process several times.
if it does not work call in someone qualified to repair it.

I am just wondering how Agile wires up combi`s why would you have to select HW on the programmer .
do i have to turn the key to start my van ?
