Hi,

So i have a shower cublicle similar to this:

One of the column showers has broken, the thread on the shower cubicle that holds the shower head has a crack in it now.

I've been to plumbing merchants and Pipe Center, they have advised me to use super glue instead as the screw on compression nut is not going over the tap inlet (T shaped white tap) and there is no guarantee if they can match the thread on the shower head.

So I wonder if anyone can advise some good quick setting adhesive that acts as a sealant too (so it can be waterproof).

I've found this so far but wondered if anyone knew something better:

Thanks in advance.

Many thanks ianmcd, both links look great. Unfortunately, it would mean replacing the whole set of 6 shower heads so they can match up.
For the moment, I have used epoxy adhesive extensively at the front and silicon sealant at the back and it seems quite solid now with no leaks.

I will keep your links in mind for any future misadventures. Thanks again.
