Help!! i own a victorian town house with a 2 storey extension at the back probably built in the 70's. i am trying to sell my house but interested buyers are being refused mortgages because the extension is only a single block skin, there's no cracks or any sign of movement but the surveyers say that the structure may not be strong enough. can any body give advise of how to rectify this issue.
