Hi all,

After a leak, there was some serious mould and damaged floorboards. So replacing all wall panels and flooring*

*How do I know when some of the old tongue and groove is ok and still usable? Is there a way to test?

Also are these joists and insulation still useable?

Really appreciate any advice please

See if it feels dry, no smell. Try probing the timber, with a screwdriver, if it digs in easily it's rotten, and needs replacing. That in the first four photos looks fine, #5 less so.

Thanks so much. 5th photo as on the tongue and groove floorboards? Yes, that bits next
Will need to lift up the ply on top and assess the damage.
