I am going to be restoring my floorboards but not until 2 months from now. Don't ask me why.
I have a severe dust allergy and absolutely need to cover my floorboard gaps in the meantime using ideally non toxic material and hopefully something cheap and temporary. Aesthetic doesn't matter at all and it just needs to do the job.
1. I am thinking of using ductape, will this will work?
2. I have read about draughtex, will this work?
3. Is there a natural toxic free filler that will work? I don't mind if it falls out after 2 months, i can do it again. Is there a paste I can get and apply without having to use the dust from the boards themselves?
4. Any other ideas?
