My kitchen wall is not square
I know I hide imperfections with the corner blank by scribing in the wall

How do you go about tighten the support brackets though. Do you tighten on the brackets and allow the gap at the bottom that will be covered bu the end panel or you allow equal gap top and bottom but flush in the middle ?

Yes I have a spirit level the problem if I tighten it up at the top I here is a gap at the bottom and vice versa

I join two 800 units together
You adjust to vertical regardless of gaps top and/or bottom .

you need to level and pack or scribe screwing should only ever tighten, should never distort if it moves another point out off line when you tighten one or more off the units are not flat level or parallel so you need the units to sit together flush and on the wall level and not rocking in any direction before you screw them together
