How to tighten tap x-head

Hi. I've got the attached tap where x-head is really lose. Another tap of the same brand had a screw under the cap which tightened the head but it's not there on this one. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Try unscrewing one of the tap arms/stalks/sticky out bits what ever you want to call them and see if there is a grub screw .
